Your Targets For This Week
06:15
22:30
Alarm goes off. I hit snooze without opening my eyes. I do this four or five times. Eventually I grab my phone, half asleep, and I'm in Instagram before I've even turned on a light. I lose thirty, sometimes forty minutes to that. When I finally stand up I feel like I'm already behind, heavy, and slightly annoyed with myself. Coffee doesn't touch the fog until about 10am.
I want to wake up and not feel like I've already failed the day. Just once, I want the first hour to feel like it belongs to me.
Your Biggest Morning Struggle
I can't stop hitting snoozeI do well for a few days then fall back into old habitsI have no real reason pulling me out of bed
Your Primary Goal For This Week
A calm, un-rushed start
What's Really Keeping You In Bed
My bed feels like the only place I'm not behind or failingI keep telling myself I'll do better tomorrow
The bed feels safe. The moment I stand up, the day starts asking things of me, and I don't feel ready. Staying in bed is the last 30 minutes of the day where nobody wants anything from me. That's what I'm actually protecting when I snooze.
Tonight's First Action
Stand up, walk straight to the kitchen, open the blinds, drink the water I put out last night.
Anything Else We Should Know

Optional but powerful. Sarah used this to tell the app about her son, her work pattern, her medication, past attempts and what she doesn't want. Her daily plans and final report are built around this.

Single mum, one son (age 9), school run at 8:15. I work from home four days a week and one day in the office. I've been on a low dose of sertraline for about 18 months for anxiety, which I think dulls my mornings a bit but I'm not willing to come off it. I've tried three 'morning routine' apps and a habit tracker in the last two years, they all worked for about 5 days. I do not want to be told to wake up at 5am, that isn't realistic for me. Weekends are my hardest days because there's no external reason to get up. I'm mildly caffeine sensitive so anything past 11am wrecks my sleep. Please build this around a school-run morning, not a hypothetical influencer morning.
Why I'm Fixing My Mornings
Because I've been telling myself I'll fix this for two years and it's still the first thing I feel guilty about every day. That's a long enough experiment to admit the current approach isn't working.
