1. Why It Matters Right Now

What is your morning costing you right now?

Every morning I waste costs me the version of myself I keep saying I'll become. I start the day already behind, so I never feel like I have room to do the things that actually matter. My son leaves for school while I'm still in bed. The workout I paid for goes untouched. By the time I sit down at my desk I've already lost the best hours to a phone I don't even remember picking up. The money I'm losing is nothing compared to the self-respect.
2. The Person You Want To Become

Describe the version of you who wakes up feeling refreshed and ready.

She's up before the house wakes. Curtains open, kettle on, no phone in sight. She has breakfast with her son and actually listens instead of nodding while doom-scrolling. She writes for 20 minutes before the day starts pulling at her, then goes for a walk. When she gets to her desk she's already ahead. She doesn't need the third coffee. She feels like herself again.
3. Your Real Reason

I am doing this because...

...because I'm tired of being the person who has all the good intentions and none of the follow-through. I don't want my son to grow up thinking mornings are miserable. I want to prove to myself that I can actually change something once I decide to. Not for a week. For good.
4. Your Commitment Statement
I am not doing this because I should. I am doing this because I choose to. I know it will be uncomfortable at times. I know I will have bad mornings. I am doing it anyway because the cost of staying the same is higher than the cost of changing.
